Sebastian can make your relocation easy. For example, the City designed and built a new manufacturing hanger for LoPresti Aviation. This new 20,000 square foot facility was built in a short time. A second hanger facility was constructed using another a $1.45 million dollar grant from Florida Department of Transportation. This facility was completed and dedicated in October 2011 and occupied on short-term leases until the Fall 2015 when a long term lease was signed by Velocity Aircraft. A third hanger was dedicated in August 2017. It has been leased by Cruiser Aircraft which is the US distributor for Czech Sport Aircraft.
At this time, Sebastian can procure other grants and/or bond issues to construct hanger or light manufacturing facilities on the Airport. Call our Development Office to discuss the details of these financing options.
Florida’s transportation infrastructure makes it easy to relocate in Sebastian. We are only six miles from Interstate I-95 and located directly on the main north-south rail line of the Florida East Coast Railway. The FEC website is at www.fecrwy.com
The Sebastian Airport is capable of handling any kind of turboprop aircraft. Larger jets may land ten miles south in Vero Beach with easy road access to Sebastian.
